Minimum Wholesale Orders:
The minimum opening order is 12 containers.

Terms :
Orders are shipped prepaid by Visa/MasterCard or Company check. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Terms are not automatically granted. Terms cannot be processed during the months of July and August (too hot to ship). Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All returned checks due to insufficient funds are outsourced to a third party collection company. A fee will be applied at their discretion. At any time Chef Eloy’s ‘Kickin’ Salsa reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time, and reinstate prepaid terms of Visa/MasterCard or Company check.

Shipping
Shipping is done from Berryville, VA. Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives at the peak of freshness. Your salsas will be frozen prior to shipment. We pack your salsas in an insulated bubble wrap along with reusable ice packs.  Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time. We guarantee freshness when salsas are shipped via a 1-2 day delivery time. Please contact us for shipping prices and options. We do not ship any products in July or August or in extreme heat.

Shipping Times:
We only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure that salsas arrive within 1-2 days of shipment.
Additional Discount Available to Wholesalers:
If you would like to pre-order and pick up your salsas at one of our farmers’ markets or shows, we will deduct 10% off of each order. Call us for additional details.

M.A.P. Pricing
Minimum Advertised Price: Chef Eloy’s ‘Kickin’ Salsa recommends $6.00 as the lowest price a retailer should display to the end consumer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
We have created products of outstanding quality and know you will be delighted with your purchase. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for 48 hours. Please make note of any damages on the bill of lading when receiving freight deliveries. Please anticipate an increase in order-to-shipping time during the holiday season. If, for any reason, you or those who receive your gifts are not pleased, within 30 days of receipt we will gladly accept your return and replace your purchase or offer a full refund. Order Confirmation
An email confirmation will be sent after the order has been received. If you think you sent an order and did not get a confirmation, please contact us. You will be informed by e-mail or phone if there are any backorders or problems with your order, so please make sure to provide us with contact information. Contact information will be used solely for shipping your order. It will not be sold or distributed to any mailing lists.

Limitation of Liability:
Chef Eloy’s Kickin’ Salsa is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control, including acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, or if there is no one available to accept the package.

Chef Eloy’s Kickin’ Salsa guarantees safe and easy online payment options with Master Card and Visa. In addition, you may also make a purchase by sending a check or money order. Simply fax or email us your order and we will email you an invoice to return with payment.

Secure Payment
We have teamed with RBS Lynk who process our transactions through respected, secure, safe and reliable online certificates. Chef Eloy’s Kickin’ Salsa does not charge your credit card until your order is packaged for shipment. After you complete your purchase you will receive a receipt via email that your order has been received and is being processed for shipment.
